Adventures with Gaga

A few weeks back, Clay was running a marathon a couple hours north of here, with his brother Gray. Since Gaga lives on the way, we thought it would be fun for Addie to go have a sleepover and then I'd come pick them up Saturday morning to head to the finish line. Since Uncle Gray was running in the race too, Gaga thought it would be fun to have Colton over and Aidan and Ana came along too.

It started on Friday afternoon when they rode Trax all the way downtown to Gateway. The kids enjoyed looking out the windows and seeing all the different stops and people along the way.

They got off the train and got some dinner (and played in an arcade) before heading over to catch the FrontRunner train to Ogden.

As they were getting ready to leave on FrontRunner, Colton had a little miss-step and fell down between the train and the platform. The train wasn't moving and they got him up quickly but it was a little scary for everyone. The FrontRunner people were very helpful, bringing them drinks and granola bars and making sure everyone was fine.

Once up at Gaga's house, the kids had a great time watching movies and playing (and who knows what else they did)! Addie is always the last one to go to sleep and trying to pull off all sorts of shenanigans to avoid sleeping but apparently, they were all in bed and asleep by 10:30! They all slept till after 8 the next morning!

Addie got a hold of Gaga's camera to help document the morning...

I came up with Will around 9:30 so we could head up to Logan and see Clay and Gray at their marathon....I borrowed my mom's car so we could all ride together. It was a crazy, loud, but fun car ride full of kids!

Thanks Gaga for having them over! They had so much fun...they're ready to do it again whenever you are!
