One of my favorite things about Addie right now, is that she loves to write.  

She loves to write notes and it's always fun to find them around the house.  I came home late one night and found this one on my pillow!!  Such a sweetheart! And yes, Addie, I love you!!!

Here is a note she wrote to her brother Will one day.  I MUST document this because there are many days where she definitely doesn't feel this way! 

 Translation (with added punctuation):

Will, My boy, I love you Will but you are sum times you are mena (mean) to me. But I love you sow (so) much and I love you sow sow sow sow sow much you are the best. 

I really love it when she writes stories.  I find them from time to time and here are some of my favorites (with a translation below for those who can't decode Kindergarten writing skills/spelling!). 

This is the first "real" story she ever wrote.  She went up to her room one Saturday morning and this is what she was doing! 

Translation: (had to include her spelling for things because I love it!)

Siche the tin can will not go to the party.  tin cans dad siad (said) why are you not going to the party? tin can siad (said) why? He was sgared (scared). why? cos (cause) ov (of) his mom.  dad siad (said) why woch (won't) you say why you are sgared (scared) ov (of) mom?  why don't you tl (tell) the trth (truth)?  But Dad pop he is fane (funny) sow, The End.

Another story I found one day...

Translation: 

Was (once) a pon (upon) a time, I had a bear and hr (her) name was teddy bear.  She was sow (so) swet (sweet) and the girl who was namd (named) Addison, she love the bear and thae (they) livd (lived) hape (happily) evr (ever) afder (after).  The End.
