St. George

We stayed the night in St. George after the reception and just took it easy Sunday morning because it was cool and rainy. Luckily, as we were getting ready to start packing up, the weather warmed up and the sun came out so we were able to take the kids swimming. Addie loved having Carson and Rachelle there to swim with us.









Will spent the first half on the stairs, side or sitting on a lounge chair. He finally warmed up to the pool and had some fun! He even started jumping in to Clay!




Once we were all packed up and ready to go- the house we were staying at had a little Power Wheels car so we let Addie take it out for a quick spin. She was loving it- we just had to remind her to watch where she was going instead of looking at us. Will did not like it- too jerky for his liking but he found a tractor to push around.


On our way out, we stopped at Chuck-A-Rama with Grandma and Grandpa for some dinner. The kids loved it there (who wouldn't- where else can you have pizza, mac n cheese, jell-o and ice cream in the same meal!) Will was enjoying eating his ice cream with a straw.

The kids did pretty good on the way home- but we experienced our first real, "are we there yet" trip with Addie and that was not fun! We survived though.



Hopefully, next time we go to St. George we can stay longer than 24 hours.
