He had a great birthday! Addie was so excited for it! She even woke up early because she was too excited to sleep! She was so glad when he woke up so we could go in and wish him happy birthday!
After we took Addie to school, Will and I came back here, he ate some breakfast and then our friends Kristin and Avery came over to help me hang some things on the walls. They brought Will his first birthday present and he knew exactly what to do with it! He was SO excited to get a Buzz Lighyear phone!
After Kristin and Avery left, we went to pick up his birthday balloons. He was so excited and had to hold one in the car on the way home. Grandma picked Addie up from school and we met up with them and Dad at McDonald's. We had lunch and then the kids played in the play area for awhile. Will LOVED the basketball area- I think he only left it a few times while we were there.
We came back to the house after lunch and he got to open a present from Grandma and Grandpa. He was pretty excited about the golf set they gave him and was loving hitting the ball around. However, the 2nd present she brought him (which was just a present from her trip) was his favorite!! He loved the Delta airplane she brought back for him!
After his nap and dinner, we decided to take the kids to Boondocks to play in the arcade. He was a little unsure at first but ended up having a lot of fun. He loved the skeeball but it was pretty dangerous since he pretty much just threw it up in the air each time! He got a basketball with the tickets we won!
We came home, had some ice cream and then he opened his presents from us. We got him a red wiggle car and he was excited about that but it got completely overshadowed by the present Addie gave him!!! She gave him a Thomas the Train set of tracks and trains and he LOVED it! He just kept looking at the faces of the trains and saying, "Thonas!"

Court, he reminds me so much of Easton at this age. He's too cute. We had lots of fun the other night. Thanks for having us over. We love the house.
