California Trip- Day 7

We spent another day at Disneyland and this time, Grandpa and Grandma came too! We let the kids sleep as long as they would and then headed out. We stopped at World of Disney and the Lego Store in Downtown Disney before getting a jamba juice and heading in!

We started this day off in California Adventure (by the time we actually got in the park- it was 2:00!) and headed straight over to Toy Story Mania to see if the line was shorter earlier in the day. It was closed but the carousel was open and Will LOVED the carousel so they went on that a few times.

Addie finally got to see Jesse and just as she finished there, Toy Story Mania re-opened so Grandma, Addie and Clay hurried to get in line (it was still another 20 min. wait).

Grandpa and Will were on the carousel again so I waited for them to get off and as we were heading over to Toy Story Mania, we saw Buzz. We went and got in line so Will could see Buzz. He liked him from far away but when it was his time to get his picture with him, he didn't want anything to do with him!

After we saw Buzz, Grandpa, Will and I went and got in line for Toy Story Mania but it was a full line by this time and a good hour+ wait. Luckily, Grandpa was pretty entertaining. While we were in line, Clay and Addie went and did some of the games and won a little and big Bullseye. Since Addie got the big Bullseye, we decided to buy Will a Buzz Lightyear gun and he loved shooting everything in sight (he wouldn't let it go- even to sleep!).

We stopped to get a picture with Mater and Lightening McQueen on our way over to Bugs Life land. Both kids got to ride on the bumper cars and Will thought it was so fun to crash.

While we were on the bumper cars again, Clay took Will over to one of the splash pad areas and managed to get him to fall asleep in a very awkward position! We successfully moved him to the stroller where he slept for awhile.

We finally headed over to Disneyland to catch the princesses at the Princess Fantasy Faire. We caught it at a perfect time and Addie was able to see six different princesses! While we were waiting for the princesses with Addie, Will went off on the train, Jungle Cruise and carousel with Grandpa and Grandma! Both kids were in heaven!

Addie and I got in line for Dumbo and Will came over and joined us just as we were getting on the ride.

We went on It's a Small World (Grandma's favorite) and then Clay, Addie, Grandma and Grandpa went and rode Pirates of the Caribbean while the fireworks were going and Will and I got him some pizza and just walked around, then met up with them to go on the Buzz ride.

It was getting late so we decided to head to main street so Addie could spend her money. Of course, she was searching for a Rapunzel wig, which was nowhere to be found. In fact, there was hardly anything Rapunzel there which was quite shocking to me. We finally asked someone, and discovered it was in some enchanted chamber shop in the castle (who knew there was shop there!?!), only to find it already closed. We went into the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and they were able to call someone and have them bring a wig over so Addie could buy it. She was very proud of her purchase.

We love going to Disneyland...it's such a fun place and we can't wait till we can go back again! Two days was just NOT enough!
