Sickness hit a few of us....stomach bugs, colds and ear infections. Not fun.
Addie was participating in the Children's Choir at school and they had a winter concert. It is extra curricular and I love that the majority of the kids are in 1st grade! Such enthusiasm for everything!
Afternoon with Grandma and Grandpa playing games and making gingerbread houses while Mom and Dad did some Christmas shopping!
Love how handsome and beautiful they look in their Christmas outfits for church!
Will had a Polar Express Pajama party at school and then they did a little program for the parents.
They also had a special visitor! (Addie told me she could tell it wasn't the real Santa because he wasn't wearing boots and it was a pillow under his suit!)
Annual Grandkid Christmas Party at Grandma Cook's house. We continued the tradition of reading a new book and then played some Just Dance. Addie was pretty good and got way into it (video)!
Blackham/Bailey Christmas Party was fun. Reenacted the nativity with Addie playing Mary, Sam playing baby Jesus and Clay was Joseph! Will made a cute little shepherd.
Bingo was fun but the real hit was having Santa and Mrs. Claus stop by
for a visit! They brought a present for everyone and talked with each
kid about their naughty and nice doings for the year! The kids couldn't
believe they knew such details about them! Poor Sam was asleep but
woke up for a quick picture!
We had a fun time at Jungle Jim's with the Cullimore side....so fun to have Clayton, Brandi and Lexi here with us! The kids just love spending time with Lexi.
We also had a fun visit with our friends, The Pratt's! So glad to have them in town and get so spend some time with them! We miss them!
And oh yes, Addie still hasn't lost that tooth that was loose at THANKSGIVING and now has a 2nd one that is loose! They are both ridiculously loose now but she's nervous about it hurting when they come out!
Phew. December is always such a busy month! Plenty more to come!
