Eight Months!

Will turned eight months old in June. I can't believe how fast time is going by! We are only 4 months away from turning one!

Obviously the biggest thing that happened was that Will started crawling on all fours the weekend he turned eight months! He'd been army crawling since the middle/end of May and getting up to all fours for a couple weeks and all of a sudden figured out how to actually move them all together!

It's cute to see him crawling around but I think he's going to be my troublemaker! He already goes for the things he's not supposed to!

He's still the sweetest thing ever and has the most endearing smile which he is almost always wearing. He's got such a cute little face!

He is a definite mama's boy but if I'm out of sight, he is usually happy with whoever wants to hold him and love him. If he is upset, he can usually be cheered up by his big sis whom he loves (unless of course, he's upset cause she took something away from him or she has something he can't have).

He has now been moved from the baby bath to the regular bathtub with Addie. He loves the freedom to move around and play with toys and bubbles. He loves it even more when Addie isn't in there with him- because then he doesn't have to share any of the toys!

He can wave "hi" or "bye" but not always on cue and he can clap his hands. His babblings are usually, "dat", "nanana", "mamama", "dadada", "oooooh" and he loves to click his tongue. When he gets excited or wants something, he turns both his wrists in a circular motion (kind of like he's revving a motor cycle).

He's still not doing great with food trials. So far we still pretty much only feed him bananas, avocado, oatmeal, banana puffs and sometimes some pieces of bread or rice. The poor kid wants to eat everything he sees - we just all hate paying for it later! He isn't spitting up as much as he used to so we're hoping that means he's growing out of it a little!

He's napping pretty good these days- even had a few days a couple weeks ago where he was taking a 2-3 hr nap in the morning! So far he's a much better napper than Addie but Addie was a much better night sleeper at this age.

We love him so much and are so glad he's part of our family. Love you buddy!
