Christmas morning started out like most mornings- Will woke up before Addie so we took him in our room to have his milk and watch a show on the iPad till Addie got up. We actually ended up waking her a little after 8 because we didn't want to wait anymore!
Of course, the traditional picture on the stairs before coming down! And then their faces as they came in! LOVE it!
Santa was REALLY generous this year. The kids got a lot of really fun stuff and were really excited about it all. Will got an awesome train table and didn't really care about much else (except for the new trains he opened). Addie got an art easel, earrings and a Jesse doll among other things. We were a little surprised at her reaction to the Jesse Doll (as you can tell from my expression in the picture)- she had been saying she wanted it but hadn't said anything about it for a few weeks- so we weren't even video taping it when she opened it but she was thrilled. Grandma and Grandpa came over to see the kids open presents and the kids loved having them here!
Addie was also really excited about the presents she was giving. She made us a candle holder at school and had been waiting so patiently for a week or so till we could open it. She also made a super cute calendar for me with some help from Gaga and I love it! She was pretty excited about her present to Clay- a donut cookbook and a matching I Love Donuts shirt. So cute.
Such a great Christmas morning!
