Addie's Favorite Things

For school, we had to make a scrapbook page of their families and favorite things to look at when they get lonely.

I thought it would be fun to post some of the things we put on her page....as a reminder of what is most important to her at this age (there are many more things- but we only had one page)!

These were not on her page but wanted to include them while I'm posting about her. She's really starting to get confident in her writing and drawing skills and I'm loving it. She is starting to be very good at actually coloring pictures (as opposed to just coloring all over it), and she is really getting good at writing letters. We have only worked on a few letters so I don't know where she's learning it! It's fun though!

She wrote a note to Bennett and wanted to take it to his house and put it in his mailbox. I told her we'd just put it in an envelope and mail it. She loved writing his name on the envelope. I was pretty proud of her- as I just told her what letter to write!


She also started drawing houses the other day. She's doing pretty decent at the square shape and can do some triangles. Here is a picture of some of the houses she drew all by herself!

We are so proud of her and love seeing her learn all this new stuff!
