The actual 4th of July was on Monday so everyone was off work! Since Kolby and Jami were in town, we hosted a gathering at our house. Gaga and Grandpa Rex brought down a giant, inflatable waterslide they had purchased and we set it up for the kids to play on. There was lots of eating, talking, baby holding and laughing.
The kids had a blast with the waterslide....
Of course, as with any other Blackham function that involves water, a water fight ensued (Clay as the instigator) and no one was safe, not even Will...
Livi couldn't resist getting in on the action only to be tortured by her big brothers!

As the evening wore on, the others left to go to various places for fireworks. Our kids had been up so late the last 3 nights we decided to stay home, do some fireworks in front of the house and call it a night! Grandpa Rex, Gaga and Aidan stayed to view our amazing display! ;) The kids were so excited.
