It sure has come a long way!!! Here is what it looked like in early July...
and here is what it looks like NOW....
we had a storm come through and tip over a lot of the corn stalks...
Will LOVES to go check the garden each day. His favorite is checking for the red strawberries but he loves picking beans too.
Nothing like produce fresh from the garden....we've had tons of green beans, made zucchini bread muffins (and plenty more to come), and our favorite...BLT's with garden tomatoes!
Our carrots have done really well- we've had some pretty large, normal looking ones and then we've had some crazy ones. I guess that's what happens when your two year old helps you plant the seeds. :)
We also planted some new "summer" flowers in the front beds once the tulips finally died off. We are enjoying the star gazer lilies that finally bloomed but my favorite plant this year is my hibiscus. It is beautiful when it blooms- it's just too bad they only last one day.
